Our Simple Methodology - Analysis, Recommendation, Change (ARC)
Our simple methodology has 3 elements and can be applied to any new customer engagement or any new project requirement. The three elements - Analysis, Recommendation, Change (ARC) - ensure we have a consistent approach to dealing with your needs.
The Analysis and Recommendation Phase
With any new client or new requirement from an existing client our team spend some time with you to get a deeper understanding of what you want to achieve. Through discussions with you, and review of company data (where relevant) we will be able to consider your specific needs and wants and provide you with a detailed report, outlining what we have found and including our recommendations as to how to deal with the matter at hand. Depending on your preference the recommendation could be 2-3 options with associated pros and cons that we can discuss and decide on the one that feels right to you, or, it could be the single solution that from experience we consider to best meet your needs.
The Change Phase
In plain terms this is where we provide you with the solutions we agreed at the end of the analysis and recommendation phase. We work with you to bring the new solution to your business in a way that your business can cope with - so that the change is beneficial to you and never impacts your ability to service your customers. Finally, we always try to get a measure of the before and after for anything we work with you on - because if we haven't delivered an improvement more often than not we'll do the work again until we do!
